Creator Verification

How creator/brand profile ownership is confirmed and why this matters for payout trust.

Updated: 2026-05-05 EN
Dogmato uses verification in two related contours: public profile trust and a separate required trust gate for payout. For the payout flow, the decisive field is the payout verification status rather than the UI badge alone.

1. What is verified

The platform checks that the user actually controls the relevant creator/brand profile or represents the brand or company behind it.

2. Verification channels

Verification may rely on e-mail, social/OAuth, manual review, ownership evidence, and additional supporting materials.

3. Verification states

The payout verification status may be unverified, pending_review, needs_info, verified, or rejected.

Movement between these states depends on the materials submitted, payout review decisions, and the outcome of manual checks.

4. Relation to payout

In the current runtime, only the verified profile/status allows a withdrawal request to proceed. In other words, a verified profile/status is required before a withdrawal request can proceed. It still does not replace manual payout/KYC review, which may apply separately depending on risk, amount, or PSP requirements.

The verification page explains ownership review, claim channels, and the relation between profile verification and the payout/KYC layer.
