Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Rules

How Dogmato handles challenge disputes between supporters, creators, and the platform.

Updated: 2026-05-05 EN
If supporters and the creator disagree about challenge fulfillment, the flow may enter dispute handling. The platform reviews the challenge record, status history, result materials, moderation notes, and payment context before deciding the next step.

1. Grounds for dispute

A dispute may arise where the result is contested, the challenge is not completed as agreed, the creator withdraws after acceptance, fraud signals appear, or a payout/refund outcome is unclear.

2. Evidence considered

The platform may review the challenge description, accepted changes or proposals, uploaded result evidence, voting history, supporter complaints, ownership records, moderation logs, and payment metadata.

3. Possible outcomes

A dispute may end in payout, full refund, partial refund, a request to revise the result, rejection of the complaint, or an extended review before final decision.

4. PSP coordination

If the case overlaps with active chargeback or compliance processes, Dogmato may align the internal resolution path with PSP deadlines and requirements.

The public arbitration page explains dispute grounds, evidence, possible outcomes, and PSP coordination.
